Sessions provide a confidential and supportive environment to reflect on your experiences, better understand yourself, and work through difficulties at a pace that feels manageable and safe.

60- minute Walk & Talk Counselling & Psychotherapy Session

Walk-and-talk counselling & psychotherapy sessions combine therapeutic conversation with movement and the grounding effects of being outdoors in nature.

These sessions can feel particularly helpful for those who find it easier to talk while walking, feel overwhelmed in traditional therapy settings, or are navigating periods of stress, transition, or emotional difficulty.
