About me

Hi, I’m Jacqueline

I create reflective, psychology-informed resources for adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and periods of emotional change.

My work is grounded in a person-centred approach, creating space for reflection, self-understanding, and reconnecting with who we are beneath the roles and responsibilities we carry through life.

Before retraining in psychology and psychotherapy, I had a very different career path rooted in creativity and performance. My own experiences of change, reinvention, and personal growth are part of what led me toward this work.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology with Counselling, graduating with First Class Honours, and I am continuing my training toward a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

While I am not currently offering face-to-face therapy, I create self-guided programmes, reflective journals, and wellbeing resources designed to support people through times of uncertainty, transition, and rediscovery.

Topics I explore include:

  • identity and self-worth

  • life transitions and change

  • emotional wellbeing

  • relationships and roles

  • perimenopause and menopause

  • reconnecting with self

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply aware that something in life is shifting - you are welcome here.
